Delivery & Exchange
We deliver most items to West Malaysia within 3 working days. Pre-order or limited edition item(s) may require additional 30-45 working days to process the order. More time is required to process the order if the quantity of the order is large or there is insufficient stock, due to overwhelming demand.
For Busy Recipients
Please provides us a third party delivery address to receive your order parcel on behalf of your absence. If you received a notification of delivery attempt, please contact the number on your notification card from the courier service to arrange for delivery on the next day.

eTomei.com is happy to make an exchange if you order from www.etomei.com and the item you received is defective or damaged.
Defective Item Received
If the item received is defective on arrival, customers should email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing error, defective materials or the mishandling by our logistics partner, eTomei.com will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the defective or damaged items in the original packaging and exchange with the new replacement.
eTomei.com reserves the right to refuse full refund or charge a restocking fee for any order that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements.
