For online customers who wish to make bank transfer for their orders, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get our local bank account number. Please enclose a bank transfer slip once the payment has been made to our local bank account.

Any credit card refunds will take up to 3-4 weeks due to several approvals by the authorities. Investigation and validation need to be conducted by respective banks after the request for refund is submitted. The refund amount will be credited into your next month's credit card billing statement once the refund is approved.
