Crude, sharp & non-ergonomic hooks

Your craftmanship is as crude, sharp & unetgonomic to hook (too small, not easy to latch on) as any pasar malam fake jewelry. Onky once have I bought a man’s gold bracelet with an wrgonomic hook from your shop but that was Italian made. Strange that your so called craftsmen can even copy the etgonomic designs done by Bulgari, Cartier, et al. Truly Malaysian sub-standard low quality jewelry. Buck up, please.
