2. To determine the correct bracelet's size, please place the measuring tape around your wrist. You can add 1cm-2cm to your wrist measurement for you to wear the rope bracelet with a charm comfortably.

Exchange:
1. If there is manufacturing defect found, kindly contact us within 3 days from the date of parcel received.
2. Any exchange request for the rope bracelet received after 3 days will not be entertained.
3. Exchange can be prearranged at your preferred Tomei's showroom within a week if you have contacted us within 3 days from the date of parcel received.
4. You may need to choose another rope bracelet's colour if the colour of the rope bracelet you have previously purchased has been sold out.
